After my Sleek Technique session this evening I spent some time working on my balance and flexibility. I’ve been so focused on my 12 week programme that I’ve neglected the bendy sessions I love so much.
I’ve decided to dedicated this weekend to yoga, dance and gymnastics instead of sweaty resistance training, so hopefully I’ll have a few new moves and poses to show by Monday night!
