JOIN US FOR OUR FIRST EVER UK RETREAT!
September 28th – October 1st, Norfolk

I’m so excited to be hosting this UK retreat with the amazing Carly Rowena, my beautiful friend and extremely talented PT and fitness professional. Here’s what you can expect on our UK fitness retreat.

THE RETREAT

This 3-night UK fitness retreat will have our guests exploring different styles of yoga with me, along with a workout with Carly each day. Without giving too much away, prepare to have a lot of fun, eat delicious food and meet like-minded people. Whether you’re coming with a friend, relative or on your own, we will make sure you have an unforgettable experience, creating some wonderful memories along the way.

OUR HOME

For three nights we will call Fishley Hall and the beautiful surrounding grounds, our home. Located in Norfolk, Fishley Hall is the perfect idyllic country venue for a sweaty, yet mindful and fun retreat. Set in 350 acres of beautiful Norfolk Countryside, there will be lots of opportunities to walk and get some headspace out in nature, along with outdoor workouts and hopefully some time spent recharging your batteries in the sunshine. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated with a country chic feel.

THE FOOD

For this retreat we have partnered Henry, aka The Invisible Chef, to create a vegan menu that we know you’ll love! Three meals will be included in your stay and we will make sure you’re fully fuelled for each activity we have planned. We can of course cater to any dietary requirements, just please make us aware of these when booking your space.

OUR SCHEDULE

Please note that this is subject to change, but will give you an idea of what to expect on our UK fitness retreat.

Friday 28th September
4pm onwards: Arrival at Fishley Hall. Take a little time to get settles before meeting the other guests at 5pm.
Tea/coffee/juice & snacks on arrival
5-6pm: Welcome circle and stretchy yoga practice
7:30pm: Welcome dinner

Full days on the retreat will run roughly like so:

8am: Tea & smoothie.
9-10am: Dynamic yoga and meditation with Cat or a workout with Carly.
10am: Breakfast.
11am: Free time or Workshop (3 hr Crossfit workshop & an Art Class)
1pm – Lunch
2pm – Free Time: Explore the area, read a book, have a nap. Whatever your heart desires, this is your time.
5-6pm: Workout/Yoga
7pm: Dinner

Monday 1st October
8:30-9:30am: Yoga or workout & closing circle
9:30am: Breakfast
11am: Check out

ROOMS & PRICES
1 x triple room – £550 per person
4 x twin room – £610 per person
2 x classic single – one with ensuite with shower and one sharing a larger bathroom, with shower and bath, with one twin room – £720 per person
1 x super-luxury ‘Bridal Suite’ single with a gorgeous ensuite – £800 per person – if booked by a couple, price will be £600 per person.

Rooms not described as ensuite share a bathroom with one other room.

Twin and triple rooms will be allocated randomly, unless you request to share with someone.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be payable upon booking. The balance will then need to be paid by July 27th.

2 daily classes (1 x yoga, 1 x workout)

1 x crossfit workshop
1 x Evening Yoga Nidra
Three meals per full day
All teas/coffee and a morning refreshment

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED
Travel to Fishley Hall/Flights
Extra food whilst out of the house
Alcohol (this isn’t something we provide as part of our retreats, and would prefer everyone to abstain from alcohol for the duration of the retreat. If on the last night guests would like a drink, this is something we can arrange.)
