Episode 1 (30 minutes)
A focus on the lower body through deep and active stretching.

Episode 2 (30 minutes)
A fiery strength based flow, working into the glutes, hamstrings and quads.

Episode 3 (30 minutes)
A deep, energetic yin practice that enables time for reflection and looking inwards.

Episode 4 (30 minutes)
A fluid flow that connects movement and breath and opens the hip space, finishing with PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) to see your progress.

A fun and playful practice that looks at splits from a standing and balancing perspective.

A deep slow flow that focuses on long held yin shapes mixed with fluid moving to cultivate a sense of release and surrender.

Reawakening the lower body through strength and stability.

Episode 9 (30 minutes)
Using the wall initially, this practice will start with slow and controlled holds followed by fluid and flowy feels.
