It’s All Good: Green Smoothie Recipe

My followers on Instagram and Snapchat (catmeffan) will know what a fiend I am for a smoothie and that’s not something that is about to change. I used to have a green smoothie regularly, but after having it so much I just went off the taste, so have been having a berry one recently. I feel like that could be about to change again, thanks to The Good Guru Good Greens powder and this green smoothie recipe.

I’ve tried many green powders in the past and I have to say that since working with The Good Guru, I have finally found one that genuinely tastes great. I used to buy lots of different powders separately, which ended up costing so much money, but the Good Guru Good Greens powder has everything I want in one little tub, including spirulina, barley grass and matcha tea. Adding it to a fruit and vegetable green smoothie like I’ve done here really gives your body a boost of lots of nutrients and sets you up for the day ahead.

So without further ado, here’s what you need…
1 x banana
1 x handful blueberries
2 x handful kale
Small nub of ginger
1 x scoop Good Guru Good Greens powder
1/2 lemon juice
3 x brocoli floret

Put all ingredients into a blender and add water, coconut water or almond milk. Amount will vary depending on how think you like your smoothie.

The powder also comes in sachets too, so perfect for those who are always on the move and just want to shake it up with some coconut water.

Enjoy! Love, Cat x
