As many of you will know from reading my blog and following me on Instagram, I’m a Nike girl through and through, I just can’t get enough of the stuff. BUT last week I cheated on my beloved and went to my first Adidas event. I know, shock horror! 😉 Don’t worry, I still love Nike, I’ve just opened up a little more space in my fitness fashion heart for the three stripes!
I was so thrilled to hear from the lovely Adidas PR team, as we’ve never worked together before, so I took my butt off to Frame Shoreditch to check out the new Spring Summer 2015 collection (including the awesome Adidas Boost trainers!) and find out all about their #workit campaign, which I’m sure many of you will have seen on their Twitter and Instagram.
Throughout January Adidas teamed up with SBC (find out more about the Skinny Bitch Collective here), to bring fitness lovers a little sweaty motivation no matter where in the world they are. The ‘virtual gym membership’ as they’ve coined it is really rather simple – you just follow Adidas on Facebook and get a daily dose of exercise inspiration. Whether you just ‘stop, drop and sweat’ or add the exercises into your home workout later that evening is entirely up to you. It’s so good to surprise your body with new movements and challenge yourself to make your workout that bit tougher.
With January over, Adidas have partnered with Frame for February, bringing in moves from their signature classes; Frame Method, Frame Work and Body by Frame. I got my first ever dose of these workouts last week and I can vouch for the sweatiness and DOMS!
Each month throughout Spring/Summer 2015 adidas is teaming up with different training experts, to give their followers daily fitness inspiration & motivation and will be taking them inside some of the most sought-after fitness groups in London.
