This 10-day course (with lifetime access) is for those looking to expand on their knowledge of this powerful forearm balance. For anyone wanting to have some fun whilst getting upside-down, learning all aspects of the shape, and getting strong in the process, this course is for you.

We will journey through correct alignment, modifications and drills to help build upper body strength, shoulder and hip flexibility, balance, core practices and mental awareness, as well as the steps and preparation the body needs before moving into this final pose.

The really exciting thing is that this course can be enjoyed by anyone who has a form of a physical yoga practice. Ideally you will need a yoga mat and blocks. There are modifications available throughout for all levels.

What's Included?

Episode 1 (30 minutes)
A focus on exploring, opening and expanding the upper body.

Episode 2 (30 minutes)
A shoulder strengthening practice using key drills followed by a gentle stretch.

Episode 3 (30 minutes)
A Pincha inspired vinyasa flow that will bring heat into the body.

Episode 4 (30 minutes)
A focus on building the foundation of your Pincha through dolphin drills.

Episode 5 (30 minutes)
A practice that is dedicated to the safe way to ‘fall’ or come out of Pincha.

Episode 6 (45 minutes)
An extended practice that is taken to the wall, learning best techniques for wall support as you continue to build your strength.

Episode 7 (30 minutes)
Lower body mobility and flexibility through a supine sequence and standing flow.

Episode 8 (35 minutes)
This practice will challenge the strength of your arms and shoulders, whilst bringing fire into the body.

Episode 9 (30 minutes)
A restorative yin based practice to relax the body and mind.

Episode 10 (40 minutes)
A practice that will move you through your ten day journey to see and celebrate your progress into Pincha.
