Readers of my blog will know that I love my morning green smoothie and I’m not sure anything will ever be able to take its place, BUT on Christmas Day I’ve decided to have this little tasty, gluten free treat for brunch!
It kind of tastes bit like gingerbread!
1/2 Zico Coconut Water
1/2 cup homemade almond milk
1 and 1/2 bananas (it’s best to freeze them and then let them thaw slightly before you make your smoothie – this will make it nice and cold)
1 and 1/2 teaspoon fresh, grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend it all together and enjoy!
