I usually do a monthly fitness fashion round up on the blog, but seeing as this month Imperfect Matter has already been full of awesome activewear, I’ve decided to do a slightly different round up. This time, I’m sharing my favourite books with you. These are anything and everything from motivational books, colouring in for mindfulness, food glorious food and anything that provokes a bit of thinking.
