Feed Your Brain With Motivational Books

I usually do a monthly fitness fashion round up on the blog, but seeing as this month Imperfect Matter has already been full of awesome activewear, I’ve decided to do a slightly different round up. This time, I’m sharing¬†my favourite books with you. These are¬†anything and everything from motivational books, colouring in for mindfulness, food glorious food and anything that provokes a bit of thinking.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a sucker for a good thriller, but every now and then it’s good to open my mind to something a little different. Here are the books that either myself and/or Rob love…
