After a weekend on the beach doing yoga, running and stand-up paddle boarding, I’m back at home and feeling so summery and fresh! The sun is shining as I write this, so rather unlike last month’s fitness fashion picks, this month I’m all about the best colourful activewear and awesome prints as you can see!
