WIN a Pair of Adidas Ultra Boost Trainers!

Even though I love my fitness, I still have the odd day when I find myself saying that I was too busy to squeeze in any time for a workout. When I think back I always end up questioning myself and wishing I’d pushed myself just a little bit more. The majority of the time I’m very good at making sure I’ve got time to sweat, so here’s how I make it work.

BEEP BEEP

I’m one of those rather annoying morning people, so I know what I’m about to say will make many of you roll your eyes and want to stop reading! 😉 But really, just set your alarm and get out of bed a little earlier, especially if the outcome of doing so will leave you feeling energised for the day with a rush of endorphins. Some mornings I don’t fancy a run or anything too bouncy, so I’ll stick to yoga or an arms & abs workout.

WALK IN STYLE

Another way that I fit exercise into my schedule is to pretty much walk everywhere. When I have a day of meetings in London, I put on my comfiest trainers for a relaxed sport-luxe look and walk from one to the next.

BODYWEIGHT BLAST

With social media at the touch of a button on our phones, we’re never far away from a little fitness inspiration, especially with my #workit campaign being live on the adidas social media pages, you have no excuse! 😉

Gone are the days of thinking we need a gym or a workout studio to get sweaty in, just have a scroll through your social feeds, write down a few exercise and stop off in the park on your way home. If like me you live in trainers, then you’ll only have to throw on some leggings and a top after work to make this possible. And the bonus is that you can then head straight home, cook dinner and relax, rather than worry about having to drag yourself out of the house again.

The new adidas ultra boost trainers in frozen yellow are the latest colourful addition to my wardrobe, which are perfect to take me from the yoga studio, to meetings and then into the park for a bodyweight workout.
