THE RETREAT

I am very excited to share my Reflect & Restore UK yoga retreat with you. What better way to start your year than by taking a few days for yourself in the English country, surrounding yourself with like-minded people and opening yourself up to the magic that is created when we share our energy through the power of yoga and meditation. Throughout this retreat we’ll take time to let go of negative energies from the past year, as we move into a new decade, calling in everything that we need to feel clam, confident, fierce and free for the year ahead.

OUR HOME

Our UK yoga retreat home for the weekend will be a gorgeous contemporary barn set in the picturesque Hope Valley in the heart of The Peak District. With breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms and space to relax around the wood burning fire, it’s the perfect location to banish those January blues.

FOOD

We’ll be nourished with amazing plant based meals prepared by the glorious Toni Debolla of Feed me Momma. Toni creates deliciously divine food, made with love; with only one goal in mind, wellness. With Toni’s training in yoga and ayurveda, she is the perfect woman to nourish our body, mind and soul with what we need to thrive on this retreat.

THE AREA

We’ll have a chance to explore this walker’s paradise; Padley Gorge and the Longshaw Estate are on the doorstep, whilst the famous climbing edges of Curbar, Froggatt and Stanage are just 5 minutes away. We will absolutely be spending time in nature, walking around the local area, so warm clothes and walking boots/trainers are a must!

 

OUR SCHEDULE

Please note that this is subject to change, but will give you an idea of what to expect.

Arrival Day

5pm onwards: Check in

Tea/coffee/juice & snacks on arrival

6-7:30pm: Welcome circle and chilled yoga practice

7:30pm: Welcome dinner

Saturday & Sunday:

8am: Tea & smoothie

9-11am: Dynamic yoga and meditation

11am: Big Brunch

12:30pm: Exploring the local area – rain or shine!

2pm: Snacks

2:30pm: Free time (lap up the time you have free to keep exploring nature, to find a cosy corner and read, or maybe to spend time connect to new friends on the retreat.

5:30-6:30pm: Restorative/yin yoga (On the Sunday, our evening practice will be from 5pm-7pm)

7pm: Dinner

Final Day

8-10am: Yoga & closing circle

10am: Breakfast

11am: Check out

PRICE

Private room with large double bed & ensuite bathroom: £800 for one person

Shared same sex twin room with ensuite bathroom: £600 per person

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 30% will be payable upon booking. The balance will then need to be paid no later than November 25th. If cancellations are made within four weeks of the retreat starting, no refund is possible on the balance either.
