This short 10-minute abs workout is perfect for a quick session on a busy day or an addition to a longer workout when you’ve got more time to play with. As I’ve said before, I’m not a personal trainer or gym instructor, these are just workouts that I love to do, so if you fancy it, then please do give it a go and let me know what you think!
